Fiskars X-series X14 - universal axe, XS blade

The perfectly balanced X14 universal axe is also suitable for one-handed work thanks to its size and weight, without compromising ergonomics. The extremely sharp and innovative, forged steel blade chops wood more efficiently.

The blade is double-hardened to keep the sharp, precision-ground edge sharper for longer. Thanks to the blade angle, the axe easily splits even fresh, resinous wood. The friction-reducing coating allows the blade to slide effortlessly through the wood and prevents rust. The overmolded axe head connection is firmly attached to the handle.

X-series™ axes are virtually unbreakable and have a lightweight but extremely durable FiberComp™ handle that absorbs shock and protects against overstrikes. The curved handle keeps the wrist in a comfortable, neutral position. Textured SoftGrip™-coated details provide a firm grip.
