You can cook crepes or mini pancakes on the flat grill plate. Do you want to fry an egg or melt a slice of cheese? Use the raclette pan. The temperature is continuously adjustable via the dial on the front. Thanks to the non-stick coating, ingredients won't stick to the grill plate.
