Foodin's vegan organic chocolate raisins are guaranteed to charm anyone! The tasty raw chocolate brownie gets its frosting from soft raw chocolate made only from plant-based ingredients.
Chocolate raisins have been a favorite delicacy of Finns for decades, and many have fond childhood memories associated with chocolate raisins. Foodin's raw chocolate raisins take you to happy summer memories, birthday parties and laughter-filled movie nights for the whole family.
Raw chocolates are a delightful treat on their own, but they can also be used versatilely in baking and making desserts! Chocolate raisins can be added, for example, to baked goods, and they can be used in a variety of ways to finish and decorate dessert dishes.
Raw chocolate raisins are made at Foodin's own factory in Vaajakoski, the capital of Finland's chocolate raisins! Only renewable solar energy has been used in our factory for the production of chocolate raisins.
Raw chocolate is made using the traditional stone ground method, where giant millstones grind the raw materials into chocolate mass for two to three days. With the low temperature of the manufacturing process, below 42 degrees, we make sure that the properties of the cocoa bean are preserved until the finished product. Gentle stone mill processing also affects the structure and softness of the chocolate. Finally, a gentle frosting machine wraps the raisin in soft and gentle raw chocolate.
