Tucano Up Plus on perustason suojakotelo. Kotelo ei pelkästään suojaa tablettia iskuilta ja naarmulta, vaan helpottaa myös tabletin käyttöä - kotelon kansi taipuu moneen eri katselu- ja kirjoitusasentoon. Tabletti pysyy suojakotelossa napakasti pakoillaan takakannen kiinnityksen avulla. Kotelon selkäpuolella on aukko kameralle, ja kaikki tabletin näppäimet ja toiminnot ovat käytettävissä kotelon kanssa. Uutuutena vuosimallin 2020 Up Plus -kotelossa on Apple Pencil -älykynän magneettinen pidike, jonka ansiosta kynä kulkee aina kätevästi mukana ja latautuu kotelossa kiinni ollessaan.
