A very powerful 9.0 Ah Lithium+ High Energy battery that produces three times longer running time and 20% more power than previous lithium technologies. The cells of the High Power battery produce up to 25% less heat in demanding applications, thus extending the operating time.

The four-channel design facilitates the flow of energy, increasing the battery power by 20%. IntelliCell technology balances and monitors the battery cells to maximize run time, life and safety. The charge indicator indicates the remaining charge in 4 stages (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%). The strong structure of the battery protects the battery from shocks and also makes it more durable.

Very efficient cells
The cells of High Energy batteries are 40% larger than in previous models. There is more room for electrochemical reactions, and each cell produces 25% less heat than cells made with previous technology. This means that the High Energy battery does not suffer as much from heat loss. The battery is more efficient than before, and lasts longer - without compromising on performance.
More efficient energy flow
Batteries usually have two channels through which energy flows from the battery to the tool. The High Energy battery has four channels. Additional channels – or “energy highways” as RYOBI® calls them – transfer energy even faster and more efficiently. It's like having two extra lanes on the highway: the speed increases significantly! Thanks to the four-channel structure of the High Energy battery, the tool can work up to 20% more efficiently than usual.
Unique Intellicell technology
All ONE+ batteries use RYOBI's unique Intellicell technology, which means the battery can manage its own power and keep its performance optimal. The battery therefore monitors each individual cell and knows if one of the cells is loaded more or is more empty than the others. Then it transfers the load to other cells. Due to the more even loading of the cells, the operating time of the batteries improves, their power output is more uniform and they last longer in use.
