Kukui Oil
Organic, cold-pressed Kukui Oil from Hawaii is also known as the skin therapeutic wonder of the Polynesia. For centuries the Polynesian people have used this oil for treating skin diseases like psoriasis, acne and for their protection against sun, salt, wind and the elements. The Kukui Oil has shown to be very effective for the soothing of burns, including sunburns. The oil is extracted from the nuts of the Kukui Tree and is a natural source of Alpha-Linoic Acid and Linoleic Acid, which contains Omega 3 and Omega 6 and is filled with Vitamins A, C and E. This unique blend helps preserve the functions of the skin barrier, preventing moisture loss and supporting skin’s healing after damage.
Pomegranate Oil
The organic Pomegranate Oil has a high content of Vitamin C and anti-oxidants which prevent damage to skin cells and help repair skin that has been over-exposed to sun. Furthermore, Pomegranate helps prolong the lifespan of the fibroblasts: the skin cells responsible for the production of collagen and elastin which give skin its strength and resilience, making wrinkles less visible. Pomegranate is a rich source of Ellagic Acid (a natural polyphenol compound in Pomegranate), anti-oxidants and Punicic Acid (an Omega 5 unsaturated fatty acid); together these ingredients create a "youth elixir" which will effectively stimulate cellular renewal and cell regeneration and delay skin’s aging process.
Aloe Vera
Through the ages Aloe Vera has been known as the miracle plant. Aloe Vera has a cooling, healing and very refreshing effect. Tromborg’s Aloe Vera is harvested by hand and cold-pressed for the best result.
