Joukkue kilpailee aikaa ja sattumaa vastaan joko hoitamalla sairastuneita, rakentamalla lisää hoitokeskuksia tai etsimällä parannuskeinoja. Kullakin joukkueen jäsenellä on oma tarkasti määritelty tehtävänsä, ja vain todellisella yhteistyökyvyllä taudit saadaan nujerrettua.
