The Schwalbe Rocket Ron Evolution in the Super Ground variety is part of the newest stage of development for Schwalbe’s Evolution Line mountain bike tyres.

The Rocket Ron is literally an all-rounder, handling everything from race tracks to tours on almost any ground. You’ll go off like a rocket with this tyre!
Schwalbe has equipped it with the specially-designed “Super-Ground” casing. It comes with a three-layer carcass under the centre tread, as well as a chafer placed directly against the bead combine to offer additional protection against punctures and grinding at the rim. The proven SnakeSkin insert, providing excellent cut protection, isn’t just built into the side walls, but also along the entire surface.
In addition, Schwalbe has introduced a foldable bead core and improved tubeless mounting.

The “Cross-Country Rocket” features an open and fast XC-profile. The flattened centre blocks ensure excellent propulsion. The countless gripping edges in the middle area bite into the ground and provide excellent traction. Stable shoulder knobs ensure high grip on slopes and large spaces between them give it practically perfect self-cleaning properties.
So it doesn’t matter whether its a speedy XC-race or long Marathon competition, the Rocket Ron’s well-designed profile creates a fantastic combination of speed and cornering stability.

Adding to the wide range of applications is Schwalbe’s proven ADDIX-SpeedGrip Compound – a practically universal rubber compound that combines great grip, speed, and durability.
