IQ-XM Speed Battery-Powered Front Light with High Beam Function

The battery-powered IQ-XM Speed front light by Busch+Müller provides a dipped beam of up to 120 lux, and, by pushing the handlebar button, an additional high beam with 170 lux – it offers thus reliable lighting power even on dark paths.

The front light can be variably mounted on the bike. In just a few simple steps, the holder on the IQ-XM Speed can be rotated 180° for suspended mounting. The tool for loosening the retaining ring on the housing is included.

However, this headlight is not only very powerful, it also convinces with a balanced and broad illumination close by, in the distance and on the sides, extending beyond the edge of the road. In the dipped beam mode, the bike light has a precise cut-off line to avoid dazzling oncoming traffic. With the ergonomic handlebar switch, you can push a button to switch on an additional high beam with 170 lux, which disrupts the cut-off line and also shines up. The high beam therefore not only shines further than the dipped beam, but also makes more objects visible, such as low-hanging branches.

Fast laps on a road bike, off-road rides on a gravel or mountain bike, or speeding along in city traffic – the IQ-XM Speed provides you with the right light for virtually any situation.

The IQ-XM Speed also stands out in terms of burn time: The light shines for up to four and a half hours in the brightest mode of the dipped beam. For even more battery life, you can select two more, lower brightness levels. The front light gets its power from an external battery pack that is attached to the frame of your bike using a practical Velcro strap. With five blue LEDs, the battery pack signals its current fill level so that you can always keep an eye on the remaining burn time.
