Manual:
Heat Decibullz thermoplastic molds in boiling water for 5 minutes. Let them cool for at least 30 seconds and then shape them to fit your ears. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the ear. If you don't get them to fit perfectly the first time, you can always shape them again. Read the detailed instructions for use, always before using the product.
