Shimano Curado DC 151 hyrräkela

The Shimano Curado DC reel combines traditional reliability and durability with a new generation DC throw brake system. The casting brake of the Shimano Curado DC reel is digitally controlled with the help of a microprocessor. The microprocessor measures the spindle rotation speed 1000 times per second, adjusting the throw brake. The system enables longer and mess-free casts.

Four different casting programs are programmed into the reel:

1. Long Cast – long cast mode for extremely long casts
2. All around – long and accurate casts, less mess
3. Fluorocarbon – for rigid fluorocarbon lines
4. Skipping – for skipping throwing technique and the like
