The CLASSIC edition of the popular FREE AERO RC BIBSHORT by Castelli features proven functionality and a timeless look. The embossed Castelli lettering on the leg cuffs is reminiscent of iconic racing shorts of the 70s, plus these shorts meet modern high-tech demands.

At the heart of these Pro-Level bib shorts is excellent padding. The seamless PROGETTO X² Air seat pad offers high comfort even on long road bike tours as well as a pleasantly soft feeling thanks to the additional Skin Care layer, high-density foam and gel inserts. The pad is held in place by compressive FORZA-2 fabric and air-permeable, yet stable, straps.

The well thought-out material composition of the cycling shorts ensures that they sit comfortably and stay in place, without the need for any silicone prints. These shorts are clearly the result of years of development - you’ll practically never notice them!

FORZA 2 fabric:
This functional material is characterized by the high compression fabric with 32% Lycra content. It can significantly help you increase your performance by supporting your muscles through compression.

PROGETTO X2 AIR:
The two-layer design of the seat pad ensures excellent comfort, whatever the distance. The top layer is made of breathable micro denier fabric with a seamless design and 4-way stretch and perfectly adapts to the body and saddle. A foam layer offers enough padding for high comfort. The comfort inserts in the perineal area offer additional shock absorption for the highly sensitive area.
