Derived from the words “COMnunication” and “cockPIT”, COMPIT stands for a new generation of smartphone holders that integrate your bike’s display with modern communication technology on the handlebar in a clever, clean and compact way.

The COM/Smartbag from SKS is a smartphone bag that can be fit to any SKS COMPIT smartphone holders. Due to the universal design of the bag it is compatible with a large number of smartphones.
Installation is super quick – with just the twist of the hand you can securely lock the COM/Smartbag on the oversized bayonet mount of a compatible SKS COMPIT holder. Thanks to the water-repellent construction of the bag, your phone is protected from road splashes and the touchscreen is easy to read and operate through the large window – even fingerprint unlocking still works.

Underneath the smartphone compartment, the COM/Smartbag has additional space for your money, credit card or keys. You can also store a SKS COMPIT +COM/UNIT powerbank (product code 2278622) there, for wireless (Qi) charging of your compatible smartphone. Alternatively, you can charge the phone over an external cable connection. This is possible through the opening at the underside of the COM/Smartbag that allows a cable to reach your smartphone.

Tip:
For an increased battery life when navigating or tracking a route, listening to music or simply communicating, you can combine the bag with the Qi-certified COMPIT +COM/UNIT charging station for inductive or wired smartphone charging. When smartphone and +COM/UNIT are fully charged, you can use the device for approx. 10 hours at full capacity.
An integrated NFC chip (NEAR FIELD COMMUNICATION) inside the +COM/UNIT integrates different services, e.g. the free SKS MYBIKE app, when used with NFC-compatible smartphones.
Thus, SKS takes bicycle connectivity to a new level.
