Nordic Ware Uunipannu Charlotte Cake Pan

Inspired by the French pastry Charlotte, this pan is perfect for cakes with frosting. Fillings like cream, frosting, or cream cheese get a nice framing in the cake. The pan is made of cast aluminum with a non-stick coating, making it easy for the baked goods to release and bake evenly and efficiently. Allow the baked cake to rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then simply invert the cake out of the pan. The pan should be hand washed.
