Description
The optical Wiser smart smoke detector brings smart safety to your smart home. The smoke detector detects smoke and sudden temperature increases and alerts you with a loud (85dB 3m) alarm and sends a notification to your mobile phone*.
With the Wiser app, the smoke detector can be connected to smart home automation, allowing you to automatically shut off power outlets in the event of a fire or set all home cameras to record events to a memory card. The Wiser app also reminds you to test the smoke detector's functionality at regular intervals.
The device's status can be checked with a clear LED light, and if you want to temporarily silence the device (10min), you can easily do so by briefly pressing the front of the device.
The smoke detector can also be used without the Wiser app, in which case it functions like a traditional smoke detector. The detector can be wirelessly chained to other Wiser smoke detectors, providing comprehensive alarm coverage throughout the home if smoke or a sudden temperature increase is detected in any room.
A ceiling/wall mounting plate, screws, and user manual are included.

The smoke detector has a built-in battery with a lifespan of approximately 10 years, which is the recommended maximum lifespan for smoke detectors. The battery is not replaceable. Does not contain radioactive substances.
*Full use of Schneider Electric's Wiser system requires a central unit (item no. 2622118, CCT501901, Matter-certified), the Wiser by SE smartphone app, a user account, and an internet connection. Use of the system is free of charge.
Can also be used with other smart home systems according to their supported functions, such as Homey, Home Assistant. NOTE: Using these systems requires separate applications, and their use is subject to the system manufacturer's separate terms of use. System support is provided by the system manufacturer.
The device can be connected to Nordpool's electricity exchange data via a compatible PowerTag.
