Muurikka Electric smoker PRO 1100 W

Genuine and original Muurikka Electric smoker now in an even more versatile PRO version! The device works as a ready-to-use smoker using smoking chips and as a patio oven without chips, all year round. Thanks to the stepless temperature control, it is convenient to adjust the temperature of the device to suit the preparation of different foods. Heat control between 75-230 °C. With the device, you can cook fish, meat, vegetables, shellfish... only your imagination is the limit.

The thermometer attached to the frame makes it easy to monitor and adjust the smoking temperature. Through the ventilation valve at the back of the smoker, excess moisture escapes from the device, and the handle attached to the fat flap helps to take the delicacies from the smoker. The appliance's grill, grease tray and chewing tray are machine washable, so cleaning the appliance is easy. The Muurikka Electric Smoker has a handle that attaches under the grate and the fat cover, which makes it easier to take the delicacies from the Electric Smoker.

Heat control:
1-position = 75-110 °C
2-position = 150-185 °C
3-position = 190-230 °C

Low temperature smoking (90 – 110 °C)
If it is desired that the temperature of the device does not rise much above 100 °C or even remains below 100 °C, it is recommended to initially heat the device to the desired temperature with power 3, so that smoke forms in the device. After reaching the desired temperature, maintains heat at 1 power. Not much smoke is produced when the device is at 1 power.

Smoking at medium heat (150 – 180 °C)
First raise the temperature of the device to the desired temperature with power 3, then maintain the temperature by turning the power to position 2. Follow the development of the temperature on the device's thermometer and adjust the power either lower or higher if necessary.

Hot smoking (190 – 230 °C)
When smoking hot, you don't need to adjust the power of the device much, but you can leave the device on for the entire smoking time with 3 settings. When smoking hot, you can follow the clock to see when the food is ready. You can find the indicative hot smoking times at the end of this instruction.
