You can transform the Nedis KAGR131FSR contact grill into a tabletop grill, thanks to the removable grill plates. This way you can use also it as a tabletop grill, where you grill vegetables and meat. If you use it as a tabletop grill, the remaining grease goes into 2 containers. The grill has 1500W power. This means that it heats up in a few minutes. The temperature indicator light turns green when the grill plates are hot enough. You can also set the temperature accurately with the 4 different settings. You can close the contact grill with a slide of the button, so you can firmly press the ingredients and grill them evenly. After use, you clean the separate parts by hand.
