In the percolator kettle, water is poured into the tank and coffee (pan grinding) is dispensed into the steel permanent filter. The use of pan grinding is recommended. If you use filter coffee, you should put filter paper on the bottom of the steel filter.

The kettle heats the water, raising it through a steel pipe over the coffee powder in the filter, from which the coffee is filtered back into the tank. The liquid circulates in the kettle until its entire temperature is almost one hundred degrees. Before the coffee boils, the thermostat lowers the power of the resistance, which turns on the kettle's heat maintenance. The coffee stays warm until the machine is turned off.

Using pan-ground coffee, you can get excellent coffee with the Percolator, which stays good-tasting longer than coffee brewed from filter grinding. The coffee preparation time is approx. 45 - 60 min. If you want, you can cook with the kettle less than its nominal volume. The kettle works well already with about half of the maximum amount of water. The percolator cooker is suitable for e.g. for catering, workplaces, clubs, associations, theaters, home parties, outdoor events, etc.
