Via the display, you can select one of the 6 different brewing programs; Gold, Fast, Strong, My Brew, Pour Over of Cold Brew. If you choose 'Gold', you'll make coffee according to the standards of the SCA, a certified coffee brewer. Do you want to experiment yourself? You can adjust the extraction time, the water flow, and the cooking temperature exactly to your liking via 'My Brew'. This way, you can make a cup of filter coffee that tastes exactly the way you like it. You can also use the program to make tasty iced coffee in the summer. The heating system with thermo coil provides extra pure water for a refined coffee taste.
