Presto Mooseli home wine ingredients

German-style general purpose white wine for dining and socializing. The package contains the necessary ingredients except sugar. There will be 22 l of ready white wine.

• The required amount of sugar is 4 - 5 kg
• Sweetness recommendation: -2 to +3
• Production time 1-2 weeks

Necessary equipment (not included in the package): Fermentation vessel, strainer bag, cloth, disinfectant, liquid thermometer, specific gravity meter, caps, capping device and bottles.

• Berry pack 300g: Dried apple, raisin, hawthorn berry, hawthorn leaf, rowan berry, aroma.
• Fermentation ingredients 151g: Chitosan (clarified from crustacean shells), citric acid (E330), yeast nutritional salt, wine yeast, silicic acid solution, sodium disulfite (E223), potassium sorbate (E202), enzyme, anti-foaming agent.
