The composition of this product includes 95% meat and products of animal origin (minimum 10% salmon), as well as 4% rice. In terms of nutrients, this sausage contains 14% crude protein, 10% fat, 0.1% crude fibre, 5% annealing residue, 68% moisture, 1250 mg/kg calcium and 1200 mg/kg phosphorus.
