Tasteless and odorless for preserving Atamo's jams and juices and for disinfecting jars and lids. Atamon is suitable for e.g. for preserving low-sugar/unsweetened berry, fruit and vinegar preserves and making juices. It prevents the formation of mold and the fermentation of juices. NOTE!Always added after cooking.
