With the TP-Link TL-PA7017P Expansion, you can create 1 network connection in an extra place in your home. The internet signal goes through the powerline, so you don't need to run cables for this network connection. This allows you to create a network in any desired location. The adapter has a 1Gb network connection. This allows you to use the powerline adapter to connect an interactive TV receiver or to provide internet access to a desktop computer, for example. Note: this is an expansion of the TL-PA7017P kit. You can only use this adapter if you already have the kit.
