Kokosolja Virgin RAW KRAV
RAW kylmäpuristettua ja hyvää kookosöljyä. Puhdistamatonta, valkaisematonta, ekologista ja hajusteetonta. Kookospähkinän (Cocos nucifiera) valkoista hedelmälihaa, puristettu kookosöljyksi. Vaikka öljy on eksoottista meille, on sitä käytetty vuosituhansien ajan Aasiassa sen terveysvaikutusten aniosta. Puolet kookosöljyn rasvahapoista koostuu ns. lauriinihaposta. Siinä esiintyy myös kapryylihappoa, vajaa 10 prosenttia, jota on myös rintamaidossa.
Annostus
2–5 rkl päivässä, voidaan sekoittaa ruokaan tai käyttää paistamisessa, leivonnassa tai ulkoisesti kuivalle iholle ja ihottumalle. Se tekee ihosta pehmeän ja vähentää ryppyjä ja läikkiä.
