Biotin-zinc-MSM-cysteine-molybdenum vitamin capsules, whose nutrients support the structure of hair, nails and skin.

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Biotin also promotes normal skin and mucous membranes and participates in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
Zinc promotes normal hair and nails. Zinc also promotes protein synthesis and regulates the metabolism of vitamin A and macronutrients.

MSM and cysteine contain sulfur. MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, is a water-soluble, sulfur-containing compound. Cysteine is a sulfur-containing amino acid.

Molybdenum enhances the metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids, including cysteine.

Vitamin B6 promotes normal cysteine synthesis, protein and energy metabolism, and regulation of hormone function.

Vitamin B2 promotes normal energy metabolism, normal iron metabolism and maintaining normal skin, as well as protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Among other things, vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and promotes normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of the skin, as well as promotes the normal protection of energy-metabolizing cells from oxidative stress.
