Essential oregano oil preparation. When used externally, oregano oil is effective for scalp problems, sunburned skin, and nail fungus. Internally, oregano oil is especially recommended for the well-being of the digestive and respiratory systems. Can also be used for washing the whole body, disinfecting wounds and warts.

What can oregano oil be used for and how is oregano oil used?

External use:
Mix with shampoo or liquid soap, for local treatment, drop 1 drop of oregano oil on the area to be treated. Head area: For scalp problems such as dandruff and psoriasis, mix a couple of drops with shampoo and leave on for a few minutes before rinsing. For teeth and gums: a drop on the toothbrush instead of toothpaste. Mouth disinfection: a drop on the toothbrush instead of toothpaste. When you swallow it after brushing, your intestines will calm down.

Other areas of the body:
To wash the whole body: mix a couple of drops with liquid soap.
Disinfecting wounds: put 1 drop on the wound and cover with a bandage.
Warts: 1 drop 2-3 times a day. Nail fungus: 1 drop 2-3 times a day for a few days.
Sunburnt skin: 1 drop 2-3 times a day.

Internal use:
Intestinal microbes: Oregano oil protects against digestive tract infections, e.g. when traveling, as it fights against harmful microbes in the digestive system. Use 1-2 drops mixed with a small amount of water 2 times a day.
Digestion: Oregano oil also has a digestive effect, especially on bile secretion.

Externally on the scalp and against fungi and other microorganisms: mix with shampoo or liquid soap; for local treatment (e.g. nails): rub 1 drop into the treated area 2 – 3 times a day.
