BCAA Glutemin Xpress powder contains a large amount of BCAA amino acids and glutamine.

Contains L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a ratio of 2:1:1, which are important branched chain amino acids for muscle growth. Glutamine supports muscle recovery. Also contains taurine.

Tastes like lemon.

Ingredients: L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, acidity regulators (DL-malic acid, anhydrous citric acid), flavors (lemon, lemongrass), taurine, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), color (riboflavin).

Dosage: Mix 1 scoop (12 g) with 600 ml of water. Can be enjoyed during/between workouts or between meals.
