Foodin Ilta 100 g dietary supplement

The Ilta powder mixture has drawn its inspiration from the sleep sand of the legendary Nukumat. The recipes are built from 10 carefully selected ingredients, which are easy to mix with water or juice at the end of the day. The blue color of the drink comes from a pigment called phycocyanin, which comes from spirulina.

Ilta powder mix contains lemon juice powder, taurine, L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, lemon balm, chamomile, L-theanine, aswagand extract, phycocyanin and vitamin B6.
