The functional capacity of the joints is suitably improved by exercise that stresses the joints. Exercise maintains and strengthens muscle strength and expands joint mobility and promotes the health of articular cartilage. The best forms of exercise are walking, cycling, aqua gymnastics, swimming and skiing. Exercise is recommended for about ½ hour at a time 3-5 times a week.

In the functioning of the joint, the articular cartilage acts as a shock absorber between the two bones. Cartilage consists of different proteins that make it flexible. As you get older or due to excessive stress on the joint, the articular cartilage becomes brittle and thins, causing the cartilage to lose its elasticity. The joint stiffens and its range of motion decreases. Articular cartilage cells form a new replacement cartilage protein and synovial fluid that lubricates the joint from glucosamine and chondroitin naturally present in the body. Vitamin C promotes normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function.

Arthrobalans Plus contains glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, organic sulfur MSM and vitamin C.

Ingredients: Glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride, chondroitin sulfate, methylsulfonyl methane (MSM), fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose), surface treatment agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agents (silica, talc), dyes (titanium dioxide, quinoline yellow, iron oxide).

Does not contain sugar, lactose, gluten. Glucosamine sulfate is derived from shellfish.

Dosage : For adults, 1-2 tablets a day are swallowed with water. The capsule-shaped tablet can be cut in half if necessary.

The daily dose of 1-2 tablets contains:
glucosamine sulfate 500-1000 mg
corresponds to glucosamine 400-800 mg
chondroitin sulfate 400-800 mg
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 200-400 mg
Vitamin C 50-100 mg
