OmniVegan® Omega-3 contains strong concentrations of EPA and DHA fatty acids.

The essential fatty acids for humans are alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3 fatty acid) and linoleic acid (omega-6 fatty acid). In an optimal situation, the body can make all the fatty acids it needs from these fatty acids. Vegans get good fatty acids from, for example, nuts and seeds and vegetable oils. In these foods, the omega-3 fatty acid is alpha-linolenic acid in its basic form, and the body must produce the longer-chain fatty acids EPA and DHA from it.

• The preparation is lactose-free, milk-free and gluten-free.

Ingredients: Algae oil (from Schizochytrium sp. algae), sunflower oil, vegetable capsule (stabilizers (modified corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan), acidity regulator (sodium carbonate)), antioxidants (rosemary extract, vitamin C, vitamin E).

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule per day
