Hiero voidetta koko vartalolle, mutta vältä kasvoja, kaulaa ja alueita, joilla iho on erityisen ohut. Jos haluat lisälämpöä, levitä voide kuivalle iholle suihkun jälkeen. Lämpövaikutus kestää jopa 2 h. Vältä kosketusta silmiin sekä vaurioituneelle tai ärtyneelle iholle. Jos tunnet epämukavuutta, pese iho haalealla vedellä. Keskeytä käyttö, jos ilmenee ihoärsytystä.
