Then, apply Pro Pencil at the base of the brow and swipe from the front of the brow through the tail end. Finally, blend using Brush 20 for a smooth finish.-For those with dry skin, use a moisturizer before applying Pro Pencil. It can also be applied along the lip line, as an eyeshadow base or used as a concealer anywhere on the complexion.
