Eco Body gymnastics rings

Gymnastics rings are an excellent training tool for versatile whole-body training .
The package contains two rings, straps and tightening buckles with which you can adjust the length of the strap to suit.

You can use gymnastic rings to get a boost for several different bodyweight exercises, e.g. dips, angle rows, chin-ups or fireman's push-ups.
