Presto Metsämarja home wine ingredients

A dark red, rich and berry wine for dating. In the taste, you sense raspberry, blackberry and blueberry.

The finished wine packages contain all the ingredients needed for wine production, with the exception of sugar and water, along with detailed preparation instructions. Dried berry and fruit mixtures are put together according to a carefully considered recipe.

• The required amount of sugar is 5 - 6 kg
• Sweetness recommendation: +10 to +25

Necessary equipment (not included in the package): Fermentation vessel, strainer bag, cloth, disinfectant, liquid thermometer, specific gravity meter, caps, capping device and bottles.

• Berry pack 515g: Dried raisin, elderberry, apple, sea buckthorn berry, black currant, rowan berry, blueberry, grape skin, aroma.
• Fermentation ingredients 151g: Chitosan (clarified from crustacean shells), citric acid (E330), yeast nutritional salt, wine yeast, silicic acid solution, sodium disulfite (E223), potassium sorbate (E202), enzyme, anti-foaming agent.
