Raw chocolate cashew combines a rich, creamy cashew nut with dark Peruvian organic chocolate. A full, mouth-crunching treat delights again and again. Raw chocolate cashews can be enjoyed as they are, but they are also excellent as part of baking and decorating desserts. Chocolate cashew also works as a nutritious snack, so you can also pack the bag in your school bag, backpack or take it to work.

Foodin's raw chocolates are the result of long-term passion and responsible development. Our founder Lasse Jalkanen is known for his great love for raw chocolate, which is why chocolates are a particularly important product group at Foodin. The raw material for the chocolate is the original Criollo variety of cocoa beans, which hundreds of families cultivate as their life's work in the Peruvian Amazon in the heart of the rainforest. Our raw chocolate gets its sweetness from Indonesian coconut sugar, dubbed the world's most sustainable sweetener, with a low glycemic index.

FOODIN'S CROPPED RAW CHOCOLATE TRICKS ARE DOMESTIC HANDMADE

Foodin's raw chocolate cashew is made by hand in Finland at our factory in Vaajakoski. Raw chocolate is made using the traditional stone ground method, where giant millstones grind the raw materials into chocolate mass for two to three days. With the low temperature of the manufacturing process, below 42 degrees, we make sure that the properties of the cocoa bean are preserved until the finished product. Gentle stone mill processing also affects the structure and softness of the chocolate. Finally, a gentle frosting machine wraps the creamy rich cashew nut in dark raw chocolate.

Our raw chocolates are vegan and do not contain any preservatives or additives. All you have to do is glance at the ingredient list - there's nothing wasted in these chocolates.

All our raw chocolate products have received the Avainlippu mark as proof of Finnish know-how and work.
