Herbamare organic herbal salt mixture

Tasty Herbamare is a favorite of the whole family! Herbamare is a tasty, richly flavored organic herb salt that is suitable for almost all cooking. You can easily taste your food from one jar!

Herbamare's sea salt is collected using a traditional method from the Camargue region in the south of France, where the best sea salts come from. The sea salt is cleaned with water and is not bleached or otherwise treated chemically. The herbs are pure organic.

Herbamare gets its unique taste when the plants are combined with sea salt when they are freshly harvested and gently dried using a method that preserves the aromas. Herbamare also contains seaweed that contains natural iodine. Herbamare does not contain additives. When preparing Herbamare, 1 part of fresh herbs and 2 parts of sea salt are added to it. In mild drying, the liquid of the herbs disappears and the sea salt binds the aromas and trace elements of the fresh herbs.

The crisp, fresh taste is best achieved when Herbamare is added to freshly prepared food that is not cooked anymore. Try it with new potatoes or sprinkle on eggs. Delicious!
