The Zaptec Pro charging station requires a separate base plate with SAP code CYZ675 for installation. The Zaptec Pro charging stations sold by Onninen require Onninen's technical support to open the charging field in the Zaptec Portal and allow access to the established Zaptec Pro charging field to start installation.
