The DS-410 includes a range of invaluable productivity features, such as double-feed detection and Paper Protection technology, which ensure that originals stay safe and that every page is scanned. Advanced LED sensors detect if two papers have been fed into the scanner at the same time. After detecting a problem, the machine stops and warns the user. Paper Protection technology helps prevent misfeeds and potential damage by automatically stopping the scanner when it detects stapled or wrinkled documents.

It has an automatic feed mode for fast and simple scanning. Scanning starts when the sheets are placed in place, and the 50-sheet automatic document feeder makes it easy to scan large stacks of documents.

The DS-410 is built to withstand the demands of office life and because it is very compact and takes up little desk space, it is easy to fit in even the smallest office. Its scanning speed is up to 26 pages or 52 images per minute and it can handle paper from 50 to 209 g/m. In addition, manual A3 mode enables random scanning of larger original documents.

The scanner includes Epson's new Document Capture Pro 2.0 software, which provides a simple yet effective software solution for scanning, sorting and routing documents across all business operations.
