The device is perfectly suited for use in e.g. excavators, bulldozers and similar work machines. The device works with all level lasers designed for professional use with a rotating rotor. Bright LED lights tell the operator of the excavator the correct digging depth. If desired, the driver can also connect a separate cockpit display to the device with a connecting cable. The device indicates the upper and lower level with different colored LED lights. The operator of the excavator no longer has to get out of the cab to perform measurements, and errors in digging depths are completely eliminated. Excavation productivity rises sharply and less soil raw materials are needed, because there are no more excavations that go too deep.

Installing the device is simple, the excavator boom is cleaned from the installation point and the device is attached to the boom using magnets without tools. The device has a metal frame, water and dustproof. The driving force is a 7.2 V NiMh battery, with which the device operates for at least 40 hours. The device also works in Finland's freezing temperatures down to -20C. The device's metal frame and structure enable good impact resistance. The device withstands strong boom vibrations and shocks without damage.
