Ready-to-use half-mask respirator with replaceable ABE1P3 R D combination filter pair. Particle filtration and gas filtration with activated carbon filter. GVS Low Profile series model, one of the lightest and most compact half masks on the market. The low profile provides a wide field of vision, and the design ensures excellent compatibility with other protective gear, such as goggle-style eye protection, full face shields, hearing protectors, and helmets.

The remarkably large inhalation surface area combined with the large exhalation valve in front of the mouth minimizes breathing resistance and prevents moisture buildup inside the mask. The filters have a water-repellent structure and are reusable. The 4-point headband enhances comfort under changing working conditions and is designed for safe use even in very humid and wet working conditions.

Materials are soft, odorless, hypoallergenic, skin-friendly, and free from latex and silicone. Face part is made of TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer), which is comfortable to wear for long periods.

Filter Type Explanations:

A = Filters organic gases and vapors with a boiling point >65 °C. Brown color on the filter side. (Gas molecules are so small they pass through particle filters).
B = Filters inorganic gases and vapors with a boiling point >65 °C (excluding carbon monoxide). Grey color on the filter side.
E = Filters sulfur dioxide and other corrosive gases and vapors. Yellow color on the filter side.
1 = Low gas density, less than 1000 ppm (=1000 ml/m3).
P3 = The most effective particle filtration class for dust, mist, and fumes containing microorganisms like bacteria and viruses, gypsum, wood or textile fibers, marble, titanium dioxide, soapstone, rock wool, cleaning agents, oil, spices, salt, feed, etc. Protects against dust that can cause lung diseases from cotton, graphite, kaolin, zinc, and aluminum. Also protects against harmful dust from coal, asbestos (always check specific demolition instructions), bauxite, quartz, and iron ore. Protects against toxic dust from manganese, lead, and chromium. Efficiency: 99.98% (down to a particle size of 0.3 micrometers).
R = Reusable filters.
D = Filters tested according to the voluntary dolomite test, meaning the mask can be used for long periods in dense dust with low breathing resistance. The test measures filtration efficiency against particles simulating mining conditions. Low breathing resistance reduces user fatigue and makes work more enjoyable.
