• Glutamine acts as one of the most important sources of energy for the cells of the intestinal mucosa. Glutamine is involved in, among other things, the proliferation of mucous cells, connections between cells and communication.
• Vitamin C promotes the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells.

Recommended daily dose: The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 5 g (approx. 2.5 tl) of powder mixed with a glass (2 dl) of water daily, for example before or after exercise.
