Ingredients : L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-threonine, L-methionine, L-lysine, Lalanine, Glycine, L-phenylalanine, L-tryptophan, malic acid, aroma, dye (leafy green powder), natural sweetener: steviol glycosides.

Instructions for use : Mix 12g (one measuring cup) of powder with approx. 300ml of cold water. Take a serving (12g) whenever you want to stimulate protein synthesis. The best times to consume are before training, during training, after training and between meals. It is recommended to mix in a drink mixer. The product must be kept out of the reach of small children. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
