BCAA amino acids are L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. They are called branched chain amino acids because of their structure. During exercise, BCAA amino acids are broken down in abundance, so it is very justified to take them especially during training, but also throughout the day. Thanks to the SportLife Nutrition® BCAA Transport product, muscle breakdown is reduced, muscle growth is stimulated and recovery is accelerated. Muscle soreness also decreases. These positive effects are enhanced when a negative caloric balance prevails, i.e. with a diet.

SportLife Nutrition®BCAA Transport has a very good taste, dissolves easily in water and does not contain artificial sweeteners. In it, the BCAA amino acids are in the right ratio with each other, so that the optimal effect is achieved.

Ingredients : L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, malic acid, aroma (cola), color (caramel color E150), natural sweetener: steviol glycosides (E960).

Dosage/Instructions for use : Mix 12g (one scoop) of powder in approx. 300ml of cold water. The optimal time to consume the product is during training. The product can also be enjoyed before training, after training and between meals. It is recommended to mix in a drink mixer. The product must be kept out of the reach of small children. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
