Versatile shooting

Capture stunningly sharp and smooth 4K60 video and up to 8x slow motion video. You can also take beautiful 12 MP photos even with poor lighting, take photos in bursts of up to 30 fps, and the possibility to take RAW images. In addition, you can capture TimeWarp and interval videos, as well as interval pictures. You can also shoot with poor lighting and even at night with the camera’s bright lens and night mode.

Digital lenses

Switch between digital lenses to frame the image as you wish. You can toggle between narrow, linear, wide and SuperView.  

Live streaming

You can share photos and videos in 1080p directly to social media. You can conveniently view the material with GoPro and save it to an SD card.

Live Burst

This function records video for 1.5 seconds before and after taking a picture. You can choose the best frame to share and get a video clip of the situation as well.

Voice control

GoPro HERO8 Black supports voice commands. For example, you can use speech to take a picture by saying "GoPro, take a photo", or turn the camera on by saying "GoPro, turn on".

Touch Screen

Easily control the camera with its intuitive touch screen. Touch to zoom and crop photos and videos.
