The Bastard Urban Small

The Bastard Urban Small is the smallest version of the kamado family of The Bastard. You can grill for 3 people on the stainless steel rack with a diameter of 26cm. The ceramic barbecue can do everything which its bigger brothers can do, but in a smaller version. That has its benefits, because this barbecue is suitable to take with you to the campsite or park, thanks to its small size. The sturdy metal underframe with wooden handles is included by default. The black tub is made of cordierite ceramic. That's a material that can handle temperatures up to 450°C, and it holds the heat well. This makes it suitable for various cooking techniques, like grilling, stewing, smoking, and searing.
